Commissioned by ICF, we provided the Interim Project Coordinator (Team Leader) for the EU-funded project implemented by ICF. This included the delivery of key stakeholder engagement activities in Mexico, and activity planning during the inception phase. We supported the selection and mobilisation of experts for the follow-up implementation.
